In case something goes wrong, we provide a two years warranty on all our products.
This means that, in the case of any possible manufacturer defect, we will replace your glasses for free. If the same model isn’t available anymore, we will exchange it for a similar one, or offer you a voucher — up to you.
Please note that we won’t be able to apply the two years warranty in the following cases:
- They were damaged either deliberately, by inappropriate cleaning or misuse of the product.
- They were lost or stolen.
- They have normal wear and tear.
But we know everyone’s situation is unique, so please reach out to us if you have any problems. We’ll make sure to find a solution that makes you happy.
We also provide a one month non-adaptation warranty for our progressive lenses.
We know that it takes a bit of time and practice to adjust to progressive lenses, so we’re giving you 30 days to adjust to them. If it still doesn’t feel right after a couple weeks, book an appointment with our optometrists and we’ll make all the necessary changes.
Little things that matter
It’s common for your glasses to need some adjustments. They’re going through a lot! It’s only natural for the screws to loosen slightly, or for your glasses to get crooked if a little accident happens.
Don’t worry, we help you fix most of your problems all by yourself, at home! But obviously, if it doesn’t do the trick, you can also reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.
If your glasses are more than two years old, we’re sorry we can’t apply the warranty anymore. But well, you don’t have to feel guilty purchasing a new look!
